About the author, Lanre Adeoye

I am a tech recruiter, startup founder, and business analyst. I work in Talent Operations for Stack Shift, a startup that runs programs that help Web3 professionals to expand their network and explore high-impact jobs at fast-growing firms. I am also a technical recruitment consultant.

My work explores helping professionals to start and thrive in non-technical tech roles. As someone that has founded failed businesses, I share my learnings in my journey - as I look forward to my next founder adventure (preferably with a Web3 startup).

I am a member of the Global Shapers Community, an initiative of the World Economic Forum. I also have a Software Entrepreneurship certification from Meltwater Entrepreneurial School of Technology. I studied chemical engineering at Obafemi Awolowo University.
